Our Geek Squad worker, Elijah, was terrific! He was so knowledgeable, had many amazing gadgets that helped with the efficiency of his work & worked very quickly. He explained to us how to operate everything very clearly & understandably.

Ted was superb. We hope he is on the return back to take care of us when we buy another Best Buy product for home installation. He answered all our questions, while he was installing our new TV and sound bar, and took time to really make sure that we didn't have any remaining questions. Our Hisense TV was delivered by outside vender & not the Geek Squad on 12/29/22. Had trouble with the voice not matching the person speaking. Hisense helped one evening over the phone. Then the voice still wasn't working properly. Called Geek Squad and he came on 1/28/23 and is working properly now.

the crew was knowledgeable, patient with us, did not rush to get the job done and leave. One tv involved a total of three tv's being rotated. Explained the new tv features. I would recommend Geek Squad for setting up tv's if you are the least bit unsure of where cables go for cable, DVR, BlueRay. Easy we like!!

The two gentlemen were in & out in a flash. They explained my new television and its features. Which was greatly appreciated since manuals are no longer included. They explained shortcuts and programmed by television according to my wishes.

My TV installation did have to be rescheduled but almost a week sooner so that suited me just fine! The Geek was actually a Geek Girl, not a guy & that impressed me. She was knowledgeable about my new TV, quick, wore her shoe covers inside and removed all the packaging material. And she was very personable & friendly. I have now bought a sound bar & requested her as the installer. I truly hope she can do it or I get someone as good - or almost as good - as Courtney for my upcoming installation.

BOTH of the Geek Service Reps Were Fantastic in EVERYTHING they did on my TV set up along with the Sound Bar and Especially the PS5 for my Grandson...It was a Surprise for him...The WHOLE package...He Loved it and the Service Reps were THE BEST. Alex put my wifes 82" TV set up at the Lake a Few years ago...Thank You...Great Job....
