First time using Geek Squad set up - what was I waiting for. Technician showed up on time set up new TV. Walked me through the varius remote operations. The setup was completed quickly, took old TV and cleaned up overall very professional job

After everything was hooked up, he took the time to show me how everything worked and how to use the viewing settings.I had an issue with part of the install which could have been my fault due to lack of understanding. The technician returned a couple of days later and took care of the problem in a courteous and professional manner. It was well worth the money for the piece of mind.
