Tech Review

Unfortunately, we are still having problems transferring to the streaming apps from the remote input button, not functioning and we keep seeing the TV HMI2 flashing on the screen.

Huge help with setup

TV and Blu-ray player install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Samsung TV and Sony Blu-ray player were hooked up and working properly via Best Buy. I wanted a service date as soon as possible so I allowed Best Buy to use a third party for the installation. As I said at the beginning of this review everything was hooked up and working but the service person was not able to answer some of my questions. I recommend waiting for a member of the Geek Squad to be available.

Geek squad installed my TV quickly.

Geek Squad was Late

Later in the day he was running late and showed up at around 4pm. I also needed my DVR tape player Connected to the TV. He declined to to that for me. Now I can't reach the back of the TV to connect it. I'm not happy about that, it's just sitting here and I can't use it. I needed an at home delivery with Full Installation. I couldn't lift the box and TV from my car and upstairs so I paid for the at home delivery and Installation. Dissatisfied with being late and not installing my DVR to my TV.

DVD player was installed
