    Everything went pretty smoothly in replacing the TV that wea being replaced. All the old hardware cables plugged right in. Needed a fiber optic sound cable as the old one was a little bit short. Little disappointed in very little explanation was given in explaing the function of the TV in conjunction with Warner cable and DVR and Am FM tuner. So much so after the Geek squad left I hit a button on the LG remote and screen had just snow. Called them up and they said they were at another call and would call me back. While waiting for call started to play around with settings and got it working by putting it back on cable. Because of the snow on the screen the menu item with input choices is very had to see.

    They got rid of my old TV put the new TV set it all up for me show me how to use it and did it very fast

    The agent set up our TV perfectly. For some reason Alexia now talks so fast she sounds garbled. The time is off by one hour. Is there some way we can correct ourselves? Please let us know. Thank-you ... Karole Bennett

    Extra points given for being very nice and helpful and wearing shoe covers. Points taken away for not double checking to make sure everything worked after the first trip. The Geek Squad was out and upgraded our WiFi system and modem and installed Apple TV. I would have given them more stars if everything had worked properly after the first visit. Unfortunately it didn’t and they had to come back out to diagnose the problem. Turns out the modem BB recommended for us didn’t work properly with the WiFi system they recommended. We replaced the modem and spent quite a bit of our own time getting everything to work. It’s working now and is a big improvement over what we had previously.

    I LOVE THE LOOK. I am so glad I went with the 65" instead of the 55". Made one heck of a difference. Absolutely in love and everything works as it should! They made it super easy. Nothing like having less risk involved picking that bad boy up. Thanks GEEK SQUAD.

    One of the reasons that I bought the TV from Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad installation service. They are communicative, on-time and supportive. Set-up the TV, did the software update, helped make sure all the other programs were added and worked properly. Great service with peace of mind knowing it will be done right!

    Taylor Fox of the Geek Squad was the best. I am a TotalTech member and he took on the installation and when I asked him about a sound bar and he recommended what he had himself and so I went and got that too and he installed it. Taylor knew the house, had it all installed quickly and I like having someone who knows what he is doing to recommend products to me.,

    These guys were awesome! They set up our 75" tv and the sonos soundbar and satellite speakers so easily! Glad we have the total tech pkg with best buy - it more than pays for itself throughout the year. Our techs were knowledgeable, thorough, ans entertaining!

    we were very pleased with the install - however the product was defective and had to be replaced - which took 2 weeks for the replacement to take place - we were happy to get the same person who did the first install - very professional - and nice man - we had a great time talking to him - and her did take his time to show us how to operate the TV - very kind person - had quite a bit of patience - we are older folks!

    I can't say enough about how very helpful our Geek Squad installer Eric was for our new Samsung 65" HDTV. He did a great job, including making sure all remotes were programmed and other components properly connected. I had concerns with my online purchase (I was overcharged) and he went above-and-beyond to help me resolve it (unsuccessfully, sadly, but he did try). Geek Squad never disappoints -- and Eric was especially knowledgeable and helpful.
