The agents unpacked and connected my smart TV to my internet so I could stream programs. They showed me how to set the brightness as either Vivid or Standard and other features of my Sony Bravia TV. They were amazing. I could not have done the set up on my own. Thank you Geek Squad.

We had the Geek Squad come over and hook up our new TV to our sound system in the house. Not only did he hook it up, but also straightened out the wire mess we had going on thru the walls! I cannot say enough good things about his service and knowledge! We have had several technicians come to the house to hook up TV's and sound systems and his knowledge of all things related to the sound system was better than anyone we have ever had to the house.

They called and asked if it was ok if they came an hour earlier than scheduled; of course I said yes. They carefully handled my tv as they carried it into my house, unboxed it and attached the stand, then put it on my stand. Then they took my old tv away, along with the packaging for the new tv. They managed to do all this in less than an hour. They were great.

Knew exact.y what they were doing,didn’t take long to install and get set up. The Geek Squad representative that came to my home called before arriving, was on time, set up all of my devices including my new Sony TV,mSound Bar, and connected everything to my Fios service. He also programmed the Fios Tuner and downloaded the latest TV software. He took all the time necessary to acquaint me with how the TV and remote work so that I would be able to use all of the features of my new setup.
