Satisfaction

Cleaned up every single piece of unneeded cardboard/paper. A pleasure to work with. I later mentioned that the voice and lip movement of TV characters was "out of sync". I was contacted immediately, and an appointment has been scheduled to correct the matter. I am definitely a "satisfied customer".

85b 65" all good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 85b 65" tv is just great. non glare is all good Haven't seen any rainbowing on screen The Geeks were terrific as usual so happy. Waiting for sound bar installation which will be soon, although I must say the TV speaker sound is fine as well.

Geek Squad mounting of TVs in your home

I learned quite bit about mounting TVs, viewing angles and sound bars during the time that the GeekSquad was at my house. A great experience overall!

He patiently explained the new product to us; and didn’t make us feel stupid! We feel lucky to have had Alberto install our TV…and, a week later, the sound bar we purchased to enhance the sound.

Geek squad delivery

They worked with me and my timeframe let me know when they were close when they would be here as I live in a high-rise and there’s always issues with delivering. The guys were very professional and very nice and it was a great experience.
