The agents were great, they were very pleasant, they made sure everything was connected correctly and made sure we knew how to use all functions before they left. They also removed the old television with no questions asked. They were wonderful

The agents set up my new Smart TV (replacing a ten year old one that was not so Smart!). They connected to my cable and streaming services. So much better than trying to do it myself!

I purchased this Samsung TV in August 2024 and have been very happy. The picture is crisp. It was delivered as scheduled and the Geek Squad was professional and helpful. If you are somewhat technically challenged, let the Geek Squad help you out!

The technician was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. He also did not seem in a hurry to leave…..but rather took his time to explain all the features of our new tv.

The installer setup the TV, DVD player and Soundbar and connected them to network and set top box. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working. He was also very helpful and instructed us on how to use the system.

Fantastic service from Geek Squad reps. They were timely, efficient, very professional. Answering all my questions, the service techs walked me thru set-up of my tv, remote and helped me download apps. They were THE best!

We purchased 65 inch Sony tv at Best Buy. They delivered the TV and it was installed. It cost to install the tv but we are glad that we had it done. We are very happy with the tv. We get many extra programs that we like. We are enjoying what we purchased.

Loved these 2 guys. Gotta preface that it was my husband who wanted the Geek Squad. I wanted to save the money thinking it was just a T.V. Started with them arriving on time!!! Then they covered their feet, I have real wood flooring. They installed the unit flawlessly. However, they stole my heart with the way they explained, on my lowly tech level, the endless features on the tv. They even allowed me time to try them myself. I am now an official Geeker.

The Geek Squad delivered and set up my new Samsung QLED TV quickly and programed my cable remote with all the information needed to control every feature of my TV into one remote. The Geek Squad techs were very cordial and knowledgeable and answered all are question and removed all packing materials.

To: Best Buy Representatives, Portage MI store managers: Ryan #1: Our most recent TV improvement went especially well: Initially we spent time with 2-3 Best Buy Store agents, but Ryan#1 (Samsung representative) contributed substantially to the initial sale. He (and his store colleagues) were especially helpful and uncommonly patient with the depth of questions that arose as a by-product of this sale. The price drop(s) that apparently happened were also a substantial contribution to our decision. While we have purchased our last 5-6 TVs (and numerous other items) from Best Buy, this was a most memorable experience. Ryan #2: This sale was followed by a Best Buy in-home installation. Ironically it was a different Ryan that exhibited ALL form of prowess, experience (and patience) during this event. He addressed all form of questions and even left a business card to enable follow up questions as they occurred. He and his associate (helper) clearly exceeded any imagined expectation. Please do whatever is necessary to retain these valued representatives.

The Geek Squad set up the new TV, connected all the peripherals, and demonstrated how it worked. I needed additional support with the remote and the DVR, which was promptly and thoroughly provided.

The installation was done completely and expertly by the installer. He was extremely professional as well as friendly. It was obvious that he knew the product well. Since the install I have had no issues and I am enjoying my TV.

Our technician arrived on time, he was very skilled and knowledgeable in getting the sound bar and tv synchronized in minimum time. The sound was really exceptional and outstanding.

The agents installed my new tv & explained everything as they were doing it. It didn’t take long. Then she took the time to set the tv up for me, which I was very grateful for. She explained everything she was doing so I would know how to maneuver to what I wanted. She even put the passwords in on each of my streaming apps !! Answered all my questions, as there were many. I bought this excellent TV to be installed into an entertainment center (yes, it’s an older, beautiful piece of furniture but we love how it looks)! We used the Geek Squad because there were a few other things we needed to get taken care of. We were, and still are, very pleased with the great service we received and with the much improved picture we see on this LG OLED TV set. We are very happy with our decision to buy this TV and the Geek Squad services!
