Good advice and curtious service

Come to find out we had connected it properly but we needed to have HD service from our service provider. The tech was very good at giving us a tutorial on that matter and did the find tuning adjustments to get us ready for the new service level. We have now got that and the TV is as advertised. Thanks again to Stephen.

Response for an appropriate agent was excellent

He and helper were efficient, professional and explained things to us. As elderly customers, I do think the charge may have been a little high, but ended up all good.

The Service was great.

The service was very professional and friendly. He arrived timely and was very professional. I bought a 65" smart tv 5 months later and moved to a new address, and wouldn't you know it, I got the same guy. He was again, the best. I wish I could get him whenever I need the Geek Squad. He really knows his job. Thanks Best Buys
