TV Connect and Setup 51" and Larger

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The GEEK SQUAD was supposed to be the one who connected up our TV, sound bar, and rear speakers. They send a contractor who did set the TV up correctly and the sound bar. The contractor looked at videos to try and figure out the rear speakers and boxed them up and told us they were not compatible. After much run around all the next week, we finally got the whole set all working. Definitely would not recommend the GEEK SQUAD, which is not a real GEEK SQUAD, but contractors who don't know what they are doing and have to watch videos to figure things out or not.

Expert Service from the Geek Squad

His explanations were greatly appreciated, since I usually have problems setting up electronic equipment. He demonstrated all the features, including some that I didn't even know existed for the TV, and set up the streaming services for Netflix and Amazon. All in all, great service! I highly recommend the Geek Squad services.
