    The installer was great. He went above and beyond duty. He made sure I understood how everything works and how to operate it. I recommend him very highly. Plus, he was a nice guy and deserves a pat on the back and a bonus.

    Two very capable guys installed everything needed for our new TV to operate properly. They set up the remote and installed our devices to the TV. All of this was done in a matter of minutes. They made sure we were able to operate the TV before leaving.

    Was hesitant at first, but needed the help with setting it up and connecting it to other devices. Great men who came to set up, explain how everything works, all with a pleasant demeanor and excellent knowledge of technology with caring attitudes. Was very happy with the service.

    Geek Squad "delivers" what delivery men did not

    I had to call Geek Squad after the men who delivered the TV from Best Buy spent very little time setting it up and failed to ensure that it worked properly. The Geek Squad men listened to what needed to be done and took care of it quickly. They clearly knew what they were doing. They tested their fixes to ensure that the TV worked properly. I only wish that the men who delivered the TV would have done the same thing before they left so that I would not have had to wait a week or so until the Geek Squad men were available to set the TV up properly.

    Tv is fine. Adjustments are refined and the tv uses AI to select the picture you desire. Helps to know general software to maximize applications. LG has proprietary apps for music and movies.Geek squad was efficient with the basics but not so much with software and refined use.

    Chris and Jules did an excellent job setting up my 43" SAMSUNG 4K TV. Also they set up my BLU-RAY DVD player, and VCR. And they showed me how to add streaming networks to my tv. Also explained to me how the remote does not need batteries. They were great because this is my first smart tv that I have purchased from BESTBUY. Also they cleaned up all the trash after the installation of my SAMSUNG 43" 4K smart Tizen tv. The service was well worth the money.

    The installers arrived at the appointed time. They were very respectful of our property, were courteous and professional. The equipment was installed efficiently, and they thoroughly explained the operation of our new setup. They patiently answered all of our questions, and cleaned up all of the packaging. They demonstrated expertise with all of the new products, and we would recommend this service to all of our neighbors and family.

    To: Best Buy Representatives, Portage MI store managers: Ryan #1: Our most recent TV improvement went especially well: Initially we spent time with 2-3 Best Buy Store agents, but Ryan#1 (Samsung representative) contributed substantially to the initial sale. He (and his store colleagues) were especially helpful and uncommonly patient with the depth of questions that arose as a by-product of this sale. The price drop(s) that apparently happened were also a substantial contribution to our decision. While we have purchased our last 5-6 TVs (and numerous other items) from Best Buy, this was a most memorable experience. Ryan #2: This sale was followed by a Best Buy in-home installation. Ironically it was a different Ryan that exhibited ALL form of prowess, experience (and patience) during this event. He addressed all form of questions and even left a business card to enable follow up questions as they occurred. He and his associate (helper) clearly exceeded any imagined expectation. Please do whatever is necessary to retain these valued representatives.

    First OLED and will never go back to regular LED again. Wide angle sharp focused picture. Deeper blacks and vibrant colors. Game play with ray tracing playstation 5 is superb. Had Geek Squad deliver and setup. Worth the cost.

    Best Buy stull has GOOD customer service. They help you with whatever you need before the purchase. Are on time for the install. Set it up completely....the whole job, clean up and make sure you are ready to go and know how to use it! And they don't disappear if you have any ussue come up under warranty or trouble-shooting. I would absolutely recommend any service in their customer service genre.

    Very nice young men, both were very helpful and knowledgable. Made sure we were satisfied and made sure we knew how to use. Even offered to move TV they were replacing! Taught us how to use remote and even programmed current remote.

    the installers arrived right on time, they removed the od tv, moved the cabinet slightly so the new TV would fit. they connected the cable TV and set the remote. They even did the subtitles... What a great experience

    Geek squad individual who connected our television, sound bar and new cable box was excellent. Unboxed and positioned the TV, set everything up, and provided all information needed to operate new remotes, access Netflix, etc. and answered all of our questions. Extremely helpful and well worth the cost for people like me and my wife, who are not tech smart.

    I am trying to submit a review for the delivery and installation of my two large appliances. Store manager, Brent, went above and beyond to make sure my delivery and installation went perfectly smoothly—and it did, thanks to his involvement! The first attempt was a failure due to the delivery folks who refused to do the job (too busy?!). I went back to the store and chatted with Brent and he exceeded my expectations! Thank you.
