Geek Squad installed my TV very well!

Great Troubleshooting Advice

While the Smart TV instructions are easy to follow, as this was my first smart television purchase I didn't want to improperly activate my tv, and during the install period the Geek Squad techs were extremely supportive. I'd highly recommend using Geek Squad if you have any concerns as to activation of a new purchase, as their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Geek squad installed my TV quickly!

The gentlemen came on time, hung our television and made a few adjustments. They both graciously answered all of our questions. I hope they both come back next time.

Great TV but Hand Remote will break eventually

The only reason I took off 1 star is the remote "Enter" button broke in a year and half of normal use. There are no controll buttons on the tv set itself. I would suggest to buy an extra remote controll from the beginning.
