Decided to have Geek Squad set up our TV... and VERY happy we did. He was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, neat and all around GREAT delivery. Showed us some tips and helped us decide on better cables and the DVD player. Was honest and upfront about information regarding the TV. Helped us decide to purchase the extended warranty. Would NOT have wanted to set up this TV by myself.

He delivered and set up my Sony 55” OLED TV, a Sony 3 channel sound bar, and a Sony Blu-Ray player, and walked me through all operation procedures answering all my questions along the way. I have used the services of the Geek Squad in the past and have always been pleased!

When technician hooked up the outdoor digital antenna I didn’t have all the channels that I had on the other tv! He didn’t check to see what th issue was. He just said it must be because of the clouds and weather.

I was totally confused with our new Samsung TV. No wording on remote and smart tv set up - wow. Cameron from the Geek Squad set everything yup and took the time to make sure I understood the set up and functions and synced our cable remote and soundbar remote to make everything easier. I would never buy a TV anywhere else. The extended warranty is affordable and the setup cost well worth it. Thankyou
