TV is what I wanted. Setup was performed great and I'm glad I purchased at Best Buy

They did a good job of setting up my 75" TV. It did not need to be mounted. The remote isn't completely set up making me use two remotes. I will figure it out on my own. The service was incredibly fast, i think next day.

I'm not tech savvy, so it was great to have two geek professionals install all the equipment we needed.

They took the time to explain the Tv and the operation of the remote ,making sure we understood how everything works. They were patient, friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again .

Fast/ painless hookup,easy remote control unit,very pleased with the professionalism of the installer!

They were able to use my previous mount, but everything was done very quickly. (One of the installers kept saying to the other guy to hurry up he wanted to leave before the rain started and that they had to drive back to Houma) The didn't take the time to show me the back of the TV and where my head phones were to be plugged in. One of the guys who installed my TV was very knowledgable. They just moved to fast for me.

Opened my laptop as usual in the morning to discover NO e-mail files...period. Called Geek squad for help. They were able to recover my E-mail daily records which was fantastic, allowing me to send and receive, but were unable to recover my E-mail record history folders. Subsequently these were recovered by a Micro-soft technician.

Did the lifting and carrying and taking away. Helped me learn about the TV. Very nice person.

The Geek Squad crew mounted the 65” TV in our family room and also hooked up the new subwoofer we purchased with TV as well as the DVD player and the DirecTV. They made sure everything was operational and answered all of our questions. They were professional and helpful. Thank you!

The technicians delivered and set up our new TV on time. Were extremely helpful with explaining the features and training us. This review is nothing short of exceptional service, professionalism and friendliness. Great job to Best Buy and their teams of professionals.

We had a new entertainment set built so needed a new tv and surround sound system. The techs that came to do the install were fantastic. Brian and Steve were able to thread cables and cords through the wall. They did not cut a bunch of holes in my new cabinet and all cords are out of site. Amazing job. We were very impressed. Thank you

The technician delivered and set up my 55" Samsung TV, connecting it to my other components. He turned it on and showed me the basics of operating the TV until I read the manual.

The Geek squad crew deilvered and set up my TV and made sure it was working. However, I felt like I had to ask almost all the questions about how to operate the TV with the new remote. They did not offer additional assistance other than making sure everything was working. I had many questions after they left that I feel like that I feel they could have provided the information for. I am still trying to learn the TV features and the remote features...which is much harder than having them provide the info. while they were here. My advice is ready with any questions before you let them leave.
