First time using Geek Squad

Because of some ongoing back problems I had the Geek Squad deliver and set up the TV. The guys were exceptionally fast. They hooked up my sound bar, apple TV and my DVD player to the new TV. They even moved my old TV to another room for me. I will be using the Geek Squad again. Great work guys!

Geek Squad TV and speaker sept up

He also spent time explaining how a "smart TV" worked. His advice and suggestions were very helpful. He also set up my new Sonos speakers which deliver a great audio experience.

Great Geek Guys

First delivered tv was defective which Travis immediately pointed out and ordered replacement. Jason delivered replacement and was super nice changing my appointment time to accommodate a doctors appointment.

I am very happy with their work and also am pleased with Total Tech. If I have a problem they will come and help me, no matter how simple or complex. This is very helpful for a 78 year old women.

Professional,Patient, Knowledgeable, and Efficient

I was so grateful for the purely positive experience and also kinda surprised if I am being honest. Great workers are difficult to find, especially these days. Their work ethic was exceptional. In the end, things worked out well.

Only three screws to hold stand and they were stripped. Could not install remote. Said that the remotes only work 50% of the time. Wished that Best Buy did not sell Harmony remotes. They never work. Had 21 year old daughter trying to fix. Kept my old TV for himself. Geek Squad came out, but TV had to be replaced. They did get the remote to work quickly. The TV was replaced on the third try by the Geek Squad. Third party installation should not be used when remotes are to be installed.
