Quick and Efficient Set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guys who came to set up my TV arrived on time and completed the set up pretty quickly. They walked me through the things they could for using the TV (my internet connection wasn't the best at the time) They did tell me things to do and set up once my internet was fixed. Overall they did a graet job.

The Geek Squad did a great job!

I certainly couldn't have done it by myself. I did have one question after they left. I was given a business card with a phone number, but the number didn't work - wouldn't even dial when I tried. But it's OK. I got it figured out.

Setup TV

Very, Very Helpful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two pleasant and very competent Geek Squad agents delivered and installed my new smart TV and took time to show me how to navigate with the new remote. They also responded to my request to move the old TV to another room instead of hauling it away. I needed to order an HDMI2 connector, and they did that for me, too!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My TV, Bose system, sound bar, Tivo, Amazon Fire TV were a mess! Cables and cords tangled in such a mess that I couldn't figure out what was what. These two young gentlemen came in and put everything in order and reconnected the Bose system as well as programming the Harmony universal remote to run everything. I think it was all done in about an hour. The cables & cords were tied up and everything is orderly. They were terrific......worth every cent!
