Because of back issues I was unable to carry my large new TV upstairs so I got the Geek Squad to install it for me. These guys were real pros. They had my TV unboxed, set up, and connected to my devices and the internet in less than 30 minutes. They even programmed my remote and hauled away my old TV!

The install guys were great and did everything I asked to make the tv look perfect.

Purchased 65' Samsung 65' TV and 2 days later Brandon and Matt were here with the TV and ready to install it. They were very personable and very efficient at there job. They cleaned up every spec of residue from the packaging and explained the full operation of the TV. They paired the set to my cable remote and made sure everything worked perfectly and we understood how it worked. Both men came from the Blaine MN store

The gentleman who set up my tv were very professional and took their time in doing so. I would highly recommend them. They were pretty much on time and called to let me know when they would Arrive at my house.

The agents mounted my TV and sound bar. They had to come back twice because the screen was crooked. The straightened it a bit and realized that the cabinet was not straight. They were pleasant. i also felt that the younger installer was not as careful as he should have been due to Covid. I realize that he was still learning. Neither the TV not the sound bar came with any written directions.

Good service...arrired on time spending an hour with us setting up the TV.

The initial install went well or so I thought before I could not locate the DVD icon that had been set up on my menu. The Geek squad came out again & this time not only set it up but spent time explaining the hows & whys & where to find the manual using the remote. I would make sure you have a complete understanding when it is initially installed. The second installer spent additional time hiding some wires from view.

Geek Squad has been to my home many times. They're always professional and respectful of my home, family and crazy, loving dog! Set up goes smoothly and everything i need to know is explained well. I always feel confident my install will work efficiently, but also have the assurance I can call Geek Squad with additional questions if need be.

A++ service. The serviceman was very professional and connected the tv within 15 minutes so I was able to resume watching tv and dvd's.
