Agents were friendly and helpful in mounting my TV!

The techs did a perfect delivery, mounting, wiring, and orienting me to the operations

Purchased a 65" Samsung and it was questionable as to whether we could get it into our SUV, so we signed up for Geek Squad delivery & setup. It was worth every penny. The amount of time it saved in setting up as well as the stress on my back it saved were true benefits. It has been a while since we purchased a TV, so it was good to have the Geek Squad Technician review the capabilities with us.

The team was on time, they made sure everything worked properly and showed us how to use everything. They were very clean and made sure that everything was back in its place. They even disposed of the old TV.

I WAS VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH GEEK SQUAD AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF SHOWING ME THE HOW TO WORK THE TV AND ALSO HOW TO USE THE REMOTE THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

Initially getting in touch with the GEEK SQUAD was a nightmare. We were way less than satisfied with the response to calling the contact number and still recommend that BEST BUY add more real live people inside the United States.

The agent was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He installed our tv and verified all was working well. He also installed our router/modem and even checked our existing tv hookup to be sure everything was as it should be.

The two technicians were very efficient in unpackaging and setting up the TV.

Our 65" TV was delivered at the specified time by two VERY COURTEOUS YOUNG MEN. They did the set up quickly and with very professional knowledge. We have been 100% satisfied with our product and with the service. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

The Geek Squad de-boxed my tv, installed the tv and connected all devices. They showed me how to operate the tv and set up all my remotes. They cleaned up all boxes,etc and took it to their truck. They also took my old tv and put it into my SUV per my request. Great job and well done!

The squad arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. You couldn't ask for anything more! They even gave me some helpful hints about switching from satellite TV to streaming. I was doing it the long way...

The two guys who installed my TV were fantastic! Explained everything, asked how I wanted it mounted and then did it perfectly, and walked me through the who process. I highly recommend!!!

Dewayne McInnis is one of only three Geek Squad agents that I enjoy working with. I delayed the installation of my new TV until he returned from vacation. I have tried, without success, to terminate my Total Tech subscription, because of failure on two occasions to show up for scheduled appointments. The Total Tech program is a good idea, but it needs examination and rework.

Polite knowledgeable techs. Answered all questions. Cleaned up everything!

Purchased a 65" Sony 4K TV and had the Geek Squad Deliver and install. Great idea I am not a techie so I left it up to the Professionals. Well worth the money to not spend all day trying to figure enerything out. These Guys come in get it done so you can enjoy the benefits of not stressing over a set up. I would not even thank about Self installation any more thanks to the Geek Squad.

My new TV is great , I’m still trying to figure out how to operate everything, however the gentleman who came to help me with my new tv was fantastic .
