I was very impressed with the Geek Squad installation and setup. These people were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They installed the new TV on the wall over the fireplace, re-connected my existing sound system, WIFI, and tested out all the TV functions within an hour. When they left, they took out my old TV and all the packaging from the new one. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy!

The Geek Squad representative was very helpful in getting my TV set-up for me.

The two installers were very quick installing and setting up the TV, although some of the setup was not the best for my specific devices and AV system. It was simple to make the needed parameter changes. They were also reasonably knowledgable about some of the specific TV features. My install included removing an old tabletop projection TV, which they did easily.

The agents set hooked up the tv and got it all set up and even went above to get it done. All the packaging was cleaned up and taken away.

On time, got everything connected and set up. Had wifi working and cleaned up the mess.

Delivered and set up tv very efficiently, explained all features and was very helpful & explaining the new features and made sure all was set up with my cable, etc.. cleaned all up, friendly & very courteous. Will always have good things to say about your geek squad. Have had many items from BestBuy installed by your Crew and always been customer satisfied. Thank You!

We never used the Geek Squad before and we had an excellent first experience with the delivery and setup of our new Samsung 4K smart tv. The Geek Squad kept us informed of the delivery status, arrived on time and were very helpful and professional. We were taught how to use various components of the tv that made viewing easier. Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad to a friend and will use them in future.
