Great TV

TV worked fine but the Fire stick and the LG remote did not work properly. Geek Squad had to come back and set remotes and LG account for additional money. Everything worked fine after that. LG recently installed updates and remotes aren't working. Called Geek Squad and they walked me through the process of correcting the problem.

They arrived on scheduled time. They called within the alloted time given. The agents were very professional and fast with assembling my items.

Faster and Better Than I Could Ever Be

I probably couldn't even have finished opening the box and unpacking it that quickly, if I tried. They had all the right codes at their fingertips, answered all of my questions, and made a clean getaway, leaving me a happy customer.
