The Geek Squad is terrific!

The technician immediately called Best buy to clear it up and quickly mounted my television. He was professional and friendly.

Great Followup

They were very helpful and Raeshad (Scott) left me his card and told me to call if there was a problem. We had to disconnect for some reason and I called his number and he answered. He explained what I needed to do and then called back later to be sure that it was working! Dedication and committment!!!

Geek squad installed quickly

Comcast would have hooked up all three tv's for free and not charged me for cables. In addition, both sales persons in store misled me about the ease of hook up
