The technicians were on time. They were pleasant and tidy and got the job done quickly

I bought an open-box TV in-store and have it delivered to me two weeks later. Geek Squad had to looking for it in store for a hour but they made sure it was working probably before delivering it to me. They just forgot to bring the power cord with them when they put it back to the box in store. So they have to give me a universal one instead.

The Geek Squad Techs were very professional and efficient, and even very friendly. They arrived early which was great, and they had me set up and running in no time at all! Even gave me a tutorial! I would highly recommend the Geek Squad!

Very happy with the upgrade from the 50 in Sharp to the Sony 65 UHD

I bought a 82" TV and I had to have it delivered and set up. The Geek guys removed the box from the TV. They brought a table inside my house, so they may lay the TV face down on it to do the necesary connections in the back. They were extremely careful on putting the TV on my stand and after they did the rest of the connections, they spend time to make sure I knew how to use the remote.

Geek squad mounted my 65in tv to the wall. They were very professional and friendly. They were fast and efficient. They were very organized. They didnt have to read the instructions to mount my tv. They knew exactly what to do. Very satisfied with their workmanship. Well worth the money to have the Geek Squad install my equipment.

Very nice and professional installers. My only gripe is how high the price was. This was not a wall mount.

My Geek Squad set-up/installer was extremely helpful and patient with answering all our questions and showing us how to work all the features. He was punctual and did not leave until he was assured that we had all our questions answered and were satisfied. Best experience ever with tech help!

I spent several months researching how to cut the cable grunions out of my life, and finally took the plunge. Guillermo arrived on time, knew his stuff, showed us how to rewire what we were keeping (a Roku device and a blu-ray player) and even hooked my tower computer into the system to let me edit textbooks (my job) when not watching the tube. Nice guy, excellent work, no complaints

The tech carefully explained to us how to use the features of the tv and he straightened up our DIY setup. AND returned a call on a question that arose after the had left.

Geek Squad is the best. They set up my TV in little time. The sound wasn't coming from my TV so they come back out. No hesitation and fixed it where I could get sound out of the soundbar and TV. Awesome to work with.

The Geeks that set up our 55" with sound bar did a great job! When you have all the "extras" attached to a TV, it can be daunting setting up a new one. They were spot on in the set up. They even showed us how to operate all the new fangled options on remote. I'll always use the Squad whenever a new TV is on the horizon.
