The service by Geek Squad was impeccable. They were efficient and neat. They cleared out the boxes and cleaned up after themselves. One of the installers showed my husband all there was needed to now about the operation of the product. This was our second purchase this year. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

John was very helpful at getting my audio system synced up with my tv, cd player and dvd player. He was very patient, explaining all the ways I can use the system the way he set it up. He went above and beyond my expectations. Service call was Sept. 28.

We were blessed with a Super Geek technician that restored my confidence in The Geek Squad. He called prior to arrival, placed shoe covers on his feet and performed the set-up quickly and most competently. He cleaned up all boxes and packing materials and hauled them away. He gave me a thorough review of how to use everything and even answered all my stupid questions with a big smile. In short, he was FANTASTIC!

The guys that came were very professional and very quick. They cleaned up, hauled away my old tv as well and got me all set-up. Sadly, literally later that night, the tv decided to no longer connect to wifi and I couldn't get all my channels and apps to work - not the Geek Squad's fault.

I can't say enough about The Geek Squad! The whole time they were here, it was Excellent Experience! I don't think that has ever happened before. Installed new LG TV for us. Set up all equipment for it. Showed my how to use it. We only have Samsung TV's. Moved old TV downstairs and hooked that up. The guys who came were professional, nice and quick.

They were very professional and respectful of my home. They were fast and efficient. The installation was done in less than 15 minutes with no problems. They ensured I knew how to work the new TV and the remote. I am pleased I chose the Geek Squad!

The delivery people were right on time. They set up my new 50" TV and attached my devices as expected and gave me a few tips to get started. they were extremely carefully to take out all the packaging and wore all the protective gear expected - masks, gloves, and shoe covers. It was a very positive experience!

The team was on time and got everything set up quickly. the only issue we had was after they left we couldnt find the remote for the tv, only our cable remote. had to reverse dial the number they used to say they were on the way and found they had mistakenly taken the remote with them so they had to bring it back
