Showed up on time ….He got right to business …(Joe had previously installed a very similar tv … It died) He had a very good procedure for doing things step by step and was done in no time at all… explained it was exactly as his previous setup and was off to next appointment….

Everything was connected except my old devices that didn’t sync with a smart tv. Tho they did try to hook up an old VCR, yes a VCR! , and managed to go so but the old thing had bitten the dust. So they went out of their way and were funny and cheerful to boot!!

Quick, simple installation!

He showed me how to use the remote and settings, and how to use the apps. He informed me about how Best Buy would recycle my old TV. Highly recommend BB Geek Squad!

White Glove Service!!!

He struggles with the easiest technology sometimes and I am not close by to help. The Geek Squad were professional and patient with my father showing him how to operate the TV after setting up everything for him. Well worth the money!
