Excellent job by Joe in delivering my new Samsung 32" smart TV, and installing, setting and hooking everything up. Also, Joe and Steve the following week did an excellent job delivering and then putting together the TV cabinet, and arranging the TV to rest on top.

I would not hesitate to pay the small fee to bring and install our TV. There are so many features that the squad explained to us. They acted carefully in the handling of our unit. They are the best.

I was amazed the technician who came out was so well versed with my particular TV and maze of equipment. I have several audio pieces to help with hearing impaired and was not sure how to get them all working both with Cable and my DVD player. He left his phone number in case I had additional questions or problems, which I used and he was helpful in getting them addressed. Money well spent for this service.

There was no way that my wife and i could lift the about 100 lb TV (with stand) onto our cabinet. So we had the Geek Squad install it. The two agents connected all my components to the TV and made sure each worked. They checked the TV to make sure it worked. They were very professional. They had masks and booties.

They delivered and installed a tv and soundbar. On time, fast and professional.

They did an excellent job installing the TV, connecting it to our cable provider, and cleaning up all of the packing materials. They explained all the operating information and patiently answered our questions. Very professional.

The guys were on time and very good. When they left everything was clean

They arrived on time. Removed the old TV and installed the new one promptly. The new model was up and running in a short time. They explained the settings on tv and adjusted them to our preferences. In less than an hour they were finished and on their way. They took the packaging and the old tv. Did a nice job on the cleanup.

This was a very pleasant experience with Geek Squad. They could not fix the problem but did troubleshoot the issue. Geek Squad did tell me what I needed to do to improve the audio quality of my television. I was very satisfied with their help.
