    The first agent delivered my tv and connected to cable box. The second agent came and said that the he could only mount my tv to the wall. A third agent came and installed the behind the wall unit so I didn’t have chords down my wall.

    The thorough, expert and patient team that came to install our new equipment were superior. No question was too minor, and they took extra care to be sure the job was done to our specifications. An extra bonus was how beautifully they cleaned up after themselves. Very knowledgeable! We have cut the cord and have even better equipment and service than ever before.

    The picture and sound are great. But the instructions on how to setup the TV for and use the Google TV part of this smart TV are sparse and terrible. E.G.: Right now, I think I need to download to my TV an app called "MagiConnect", but am having a hard time finding out how to do that.

    The Geek Squad was on time with their appointment and very helpful with information new technology. Worth the price for the item to be delivered and for the Geek Squad to set it up. Had a guy and a gal team. Excellent service.
