The Geek Squad, was very professional and helpful in connecting my new TV

The two gentlemen that came to my house to install my new 55" tv were fantastic. They were very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They came right on time and I never felt rushed. I am so glad that I got Totaltech service.

I love the knowledge they have and how fast they can resolve my issues. They are very friendly and can calm me down from my aggravation with my problem, making it a stress-free interaction and as crazy as the world is today they are a beautiful flower garden in the middle of a desert

The agents were amazing. Helped set everything up after installing the TV. Connected all my consoles to the right hdmi ports and helped the TV get all the necessary updates on it to... Very personable

I had next day setup scheduled. They called the night before to verify time, called again in the morning (a little early for me but hey earlier they are at work earlier I get setup). They called 2 hours before appointment to ask if I minded if they came early. MIND!!! Heck no come on over. Courteous and professional young men. Set up and explained everything and cleaned up any mess.

Geek Squad was employed to install and set up a new television we had bought for my 93 year old Mother for Christmas. She stated that the agent was very kind and helpful, listening to all her questions. The agent took the extra time and patience to walk my Mother through the remote operation, making it easy for her to operate the television.

The project had three components. 1. Connect smart tv to new computer/router. Completed. 2. Connect sound bar to tv. Completed. 3. Consolidate tv and Infinity remotes so we only need one. NOT complete. Now with the soundbar connected, we have THREE remotes .

They coming on time . Nice work done . And professional attitude

I am 75 years of age; without the Geek Squad at Best Buy I would be lost! I have been in to see them; with a multiple of crazy questions. I have always been treated with respect; always explained to me in language I can understand without any difficult. Thank goodness for Best Buy Geek Squad!!

Overall I like the products I like the service. I really recommend Best Buy.

The agent did a great job connecting my g to v to the amplifier. However, I was charged for a tv installation which costs twice as much. I’m very unhappy about the overcharge!!

Geek Squad did a fantastic job ib setting up our 85" television. Even fixed some issues we were having with our surround sound system. The guys know what they are doing. Making sure we knew how to operate the system and asking to make sure we understood and if there was anything else the could do. VERY SATISFIED

SET UP COMPLETED & TV wrkng but began to Rec Error Msgs! Thought was “fixed” when each install guy called, but Errors cont. Went to BB Store/Muncie where Christy intro’d us to Comcast Specialist who suggested we get a New Box!!! NO MORE Error MSGS!!! Thank God!!! Was ready to Return TV! THNX TO CHRISTY!!! & Specialist!!!!

Agents were friendly,knowledgeable they moved 1 tv from one room to another hooked up my new one walked my wife and I through on how to operate everything and made sure they answered all our questions and if we were satisfied id definitely have the Geek Squad come back.

The agent was here actually earlier but called and let me know he was going to be. Got everything connected and showed me some of the options that I have and actually probably had and did not know. So far loving my new tv and being able to watch my blu-ray dvds. And of course all of my other dvds and vhs tapes (I still have a combo dvd/vhs player).

The Geek Squad techs were excellent in setting up n explaining different features of the TV. The 2 techs were very thorough n friendly doing their job. A credit to Best Buy.

In dealing with a much older Sony Sound & DVR Player, there were some issues that required a second visit. However, they are all fixed now and so the complete system works great again.
