The geek squad installed 3 T. V’s. Where in and out in no time.

Anthony from the Geek Squad stop by to give me an estimate for a new sound system and he went above and beyond his duty! As he was looking at my picture, he grabbed up my new TVs remote and got me into my HD! I had no clue that I had not finished my set up properly myself! Anthony was great!

Was kept up to date on delivery through e-mails. Installers called shortly before delivery. Very polite, answered all questions, even wore foot protection as not to dirty my carpet/floor. All of the GEEK Squad arrived and professionally attacked my new TV. Glad to say they didn't need any of MY HELP (hahaha). They were each very efficient and I was happy to be (out of the way). I am really excited to enjoy such a clear and beautiful picture on my Samsung 43" beauty. Thanks to all. Jim

Excellent service. Two installers arrived on time. They called before arriving and promptly went to work. I did not have to do a thing. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. My tv was up and running in no time. I would definitely use Geek Squad again.

Bestbuy or Geek sent out 2 Men to set up my tv and stand and they hooked up my wii and blue ray but they told me the tv could not be set for a sound bar. They we,re at my house about 2 hours and charged me 199.00 for all the service they did. I looked at the tv and finally got the book out to see if I could hook up my sound bar I had on the old tv I worked on it for about 45 mins after pulling the tv and cabinet from the wall and installed the sound bar myself. I would not recommend the 2 men that came but they we,re nice.

Kyle was very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what needed to be done.

Sorry to say tech didn't go through all of the remote features to insure they were working correctly. He was able to program the cox remote to turn on/off the Denon receiver but did not check if the channel or volume buttons were working. (I think it was a oversite.) I'm planning on calling Geek squad back to fit it. Other wise the tech was very customer friendly.
