Best Geek Squad

They set up our tv and connected all of our components. They answered all our questions and made sure that we were satisfied with everything before they left. Very friendly too!

Geek Squad was great!

They answered all my questions and I went that afternoon and got a new cable box which really improved all the available features Also, I was not charged additional for the exchange and new TV setup.

Very happy I let Best Buy do the set up

I would have fumbled thru the set up and felt frustrated since I am not tech savvy. He also demonstrated the TV’s features and made it simple so that I could use it right away. Very happy I let Best Buy do all the set up.

Beware Geek Squad competence!

However, I'm less than impressed with the Geek Squad's ability to get the picture and sound to sync properly. Is it the TV? The new Sound Bar? Who knows? We've had them out twice now and it still isn't resolved! There's nothing like spending 6 Grand on a new system and having to watch the lips of people move a half second behind the audio. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.

He advised me what to do. He also said I could call the geek squad to finish up installation. I did this and it was completed
