Good installation but still having problems using remote and turning on TV to required channel

The product we received was an excellent product and the store clerk was great to work with.

loving on the results and ease of happening but would have appreciated a return on follow-up questions that were texted and voicemailed

Installer did a great job. Left everything neat and clean when finished.

The Geek Squad rates a 10+ from us. They arrived on time, set up everything to our satisfaction, explained what they were doing along the way, made sure we knew how to operate each thing. They went back over each thing again just to make sure we understood and then patiently waited as we operated everything. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless.

The agent set up our tv quickly. He was very knowledge about linking it up with our other devices. He was very helpful

I was not happy with the installation price . They did not connect my dvd player. That was the reason, I requested installation. Certainly connecting the cable box to set ANYONE, including me, could do it. I did it in July when I bought the 32"Samsung from Best buy. I won't get burned again for installation. At least they came in with masks, that were on properly . They also informed me of the store policy for Covid.

Greg and Devon were fast, efficient & friendly! Wasn’t the geek squad but rather a 3rd party Best Buy contracts with and they were great to work with!

The Geek Squad were very professional delivering, connecting, and setting up my TV. They were a pleasant, fun, and knowledgable group. They accomplished the setup of the TV and programing of the remote quickly and efficiently. Since the installation I had an occasion to contact them about an issue with the TV. They solved that issue quickly and efficiently as well.

Technician called when he was on his way, arrived on time. Set up was quick,and he explained every thing. Removed old tv and cleaned up all packing material!

Seems like was set up correctly. They did not seem to want to provide any extra assistance if we encountered a problem after they left. Told us to contact the manufacturer or Best Buy??? Remote not set up to do everything, like DVR features, we still need to use two remotes. Also some questions we asked were answered incorrectly, after using the remote we found some features the tech did not know about & said it could not do

Great guys, they were quick and efficient. They connected all my devices easily.
