best part of the purchase

Took down the old TV and wall mount, helped to put the stand back on the old TV. They made suggestions and a real effort to make sure I got what was best for me. They cleaned up and did a thorough review of how the TV and setup all worked.. I HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad/ Joel & Eric were terrific.

Geek Squad TV Connect

Tech answered questions and had the TV set up in 20 minutes. The Geek Squad is pricey but if you buy a product and have purchase the Geek Squad you can set up a date for delivery and connection during your purchase

He dealt with hauling away a really old, heavy TV and what seemed to be a complex disconnect and set-up. He arrived on time and worked quickly, following Best Buy’s Covid protocols.
