My purchased tv was connected in a quick manner. The technician was very friendly and answered any question I threw at him. I set up the tv myself and could not connect it. So to have someone come and connect fairly quick was wonderful. I tried to google how to connect but am not at all tech savvy.

The agent is knowledgeable and answered our questions. Only thing is that he went over things quickly and we can't remember half of the stuffs. We called him after he left and he was helpful on the phone.

Joel not only set up all my equipment but the entire area was kept clean while he worked. He was patient in explaining how to use all my new tools and made sure I could operate them before he left. I had the Geek Squad do all the setup for new system - 55" Sony 900E, sound bar with woofer, blu-ray player, network cables, new modem and new surge protector. They answered all my questions on site to my satisfaction. When I had some issues (that were the result of my Internet provider not doing their job correctly), they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone.
