Wonderful Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a new smart 4K TV delivery and install, the tech was absolutely great, the next day the TV started to randomly malfunction, he came back a second time to install new software and updates, that didn't work. He spoke with the store manager and organized a replacement without any prompting, came back a third time and set up the replacement TV, which works perfectly.

Very professional and thorough

Very professional and patient throughout the entire process. They ensured that everything worked, and walked you through the finished system so that you understood how everything worked. Super value and no frustration for me.

Stubborn TV with mind of its own gets replaced

Internet service

Our internet service wasn’t addressed and therefore one of our computers that isn’t WiFi has no connection. The technician didn’t even ask about our internet service. So we had schedule another appointment to address the internet issue.
