Zach and Nathan set up our tv quickly and professionally. They set up the remotes for the tv and the satellite, answered all my questions. They were excellent representatives for Best Buy and the geek squad! Wonderful customer service, a rare treat in these times!

This is my first LG product, as was my last TV, a Toshiba. I hope the LG is better as it could not be worse. The Geek Squad tech that set up my TV was excellent, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, some of which may have seemed something anyone should have known.

The BB agents were fantastic. Did the work with minimal interruptions. Wore their inside shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. Also did a great job explaining their work and how we control the devices with the new connectivity!

The technicians performed professionally and conveyed experience beyond their years. They were friendly and eager to answer all my questions and patient with my concerns. I am completely satisfied with this wonderful service.

Dustin Bouschet installed our 'LG - 65" Class - (64.5" Diag.) - OLED - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV", using a "Sanus - Premium Series Full-Motion TV Wall Mount for Most 42 - 90 Flat-Panel TVs". He did all of the work efficiently an quickly. He left the work area clean and it good order. We are very happy with his work and recommend him.

The technician arrived on time & completed the job of hanging the 48" tv on the wall, as well as hooking up the cable box, sound bar & DVD player. He programmed the remotes & showed me how to use the features. He was quick, polite & cleaned up before he left. The cables & wires are neatly corralled. I'm very happy with the quality, price & convenience.

This was the greatest. The guys arrived promptly and got the moving and setup easily. They were super knowledgeable about the setup going as far as making sure all services and connections were set including things on my existing devices that made a huge difference. Fantastic Job!!

The Agent took the television out of the box, attached the stand, and connected it to whatever was necessary to make it work.

Just cannot say enough good about these "techy" folks! They installed and set up our new "smart" television and took the time to explain its capabilities. They tailored the training session based on what we watch and how we will use the device. GREAT SERVICE!!

They set up my new 65" Sony Bravia oled. Explained all the new gadgets that came with it and left with me having no questions to ask. Best picture ive ever seen. They were very nice, and funny too. Great service. I've been using them since it was introduced.

(service provided by technician under contract with Best Buy, not by Geek Squad) Technician was efficient and provided additional tips for operation. He was overbooked so instead of early AM install, it was early evening. He kept me apprised of timing.
