Love the Geek Squad

Delivery right on time - the two guys knew exactly what to do - connected the TV, & all my peripherals, programmed the remote, & tidied up the wires. And they were very nice!

Nice when they finally got here

Needed some instruction.

A Great Job was done, BUT I NEED YOU BACK!!

HOWEVER I HAVE LOST THE ABILITY TO GO TO NETFLIX ON MY 55" TV SINCE THE LAST FEW TIMES I HAVE TRIED. I NEED TO SECURE A DATE FOR TECH TO RETURN ASAP

Top Notch Service From Geek Squad

Geek squad guy was very knowledgeable and very fast getting things set up. Gave us a good run through of the sets features. Also gave us good advice on customizing the picture settings.

Install ok, remote not ok.

Took out old tv and finished installing new tv in 15 minutes max. Not interested in chit chat. I asked to make sure when I turned on tv, I could use my xfinity remote and it would start to xfinity home page, just like my old. Hmmmm. He has the tv on and said it was all set with xfinity remote. When he left and I turned tv off, and then powered on with the xfinity remote, it went to the LG home page. UGH. I had to figure out the HGML button on the xfinity remote to get my home page. GRRRRR. Still trying to sync it up to the xfinity remote. May call Geek squad to help me do this. Frustrating. And I had specifically requested a Geek Squad staff to install. More GRRRR.
