Outstanding GEEK Squad performance Team ..... for Set Up of my SONY XR BRAVIA 55 "inches OLED Smart TV and the SONO BEAM SOUND BAR !!!

The Geek Squad was on time and very knowledgeable and informative.

Agent was on-time, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful in providing me with the information that I needed to get my equipment issues resolved. I contacted Geek Squad because they have been similarly helpful in the past and will do so again the the future.

The agent was on time, very friendly and very efficient. He installed the new Smart TV and connected to our router. He took some time to give us tips on using the new technology.

When you use the Geek's for delivery and setup, you get to watch your new TV a lot sooner than if you tried to set it up yourself. When they came to my house, I just showed them where I wanted it and they did everything right. They cleaned everything up and answered all my questions and concerns. IT'S WELL WORTH IT TO USE THE GEEKS !

agents brought in my new Samsung Q7F tv and set it up. they noticed some dead pixels and right away called to have my TV replaced. My Best Buy store ordered a replacement and same 2 agents brought it out and installed it with no problems. Great service

Geek Squad attached our 77” oled to the stand and set it all up so we could hit the ground running and enjoy it without any set up issues. They were very efficient and courteous and even carried our heavier old tv upstairs so our daughter could come get it.

Went in, spoke with Geek Squad, and hands down this is one of the best services BB provides on top of great cost. The techs were extremely courteous and rocked it. Two TVs are now hung nicely on wall with cables hid and I am very happy with results. More importantly, the wife approves thus worth every penny. Cheers!

Delivery was timely and painless. Technicians were swift, efficient, courteous and helpful. They quickly set up the TV and hooked it to the cable and sound bar. Made sure everything worked properly and instructed me on use. Answered questions and cleaned up everything. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism or their service!

The manager that worked with me was very professional. I had a problem with the TV that was delivered and the manager resolved the issue extremely fast and 100% to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Best Buy and their Geek Squad staff that set up my 55" Smart LG TV and Sound Bar.
