All the new works were connected successfully except activating the apps. Problem was said to be with Xfinity router. Was unable to reconnect my old receiver/amplifier and related components. That was disappointing.

When, the Geek squad finally arrived after three weeks, I was refused installation by the agent because his helper who came with him would not assist him. Without him, no installation of any products. The helper who would not be given a name made up a story that he was going to throw up and vomit on himself, this was made up to get out of work. The agent said it was hopeless with this man and that it would never be installed due to him. I went outside with agent, Rajid, and the helper from West End Nashville Best Buy started immediately to Bully me and was yelling "You,You,You" at me . This is illegal behavior to defraud a senior, 70 Year Old Woman like me, of her purchases and bully her like that on her property. This is called "Senior Abuse" where it is illegal to defraud a senior age 50 or older and bully them. I will be talking to the Nashville Metro Police Fraud and Detection unit to file a police report on West End Nashville Geek Squad for fraudulent behavior towards a Senior Citizen in her home. I will request that this man and his supervisor be investigated by a Nashville Metro Detective assigned to this fraud case. We will see what happens. Criminal charges need to be filed on this. This man undermined his co-worker and deliberately and with premeditated behavior denied me my tv and tv stand setup and installation. Also, I was refused my haul off of my old tv that I paid for. When I asked the Agent if he would unplug my old tv and haul it way , he said no. I told him that I paid for this. I don't understand why I was abused at my home and why would a delivery man refuse to unplug my tv. I have researched complaints on this particular group of geek squad at West Nashville on the internet. This is a common behavior with them and other customers have not received the installation that they have paid for. This common occurrence with them is unacceptable. Shame on Best Buy West Nashville! Shame!

I "cut the cord" and dropped my cable service for a fiber optic internet service provider. The Geek Squad set up my Apple TV and digital antenna and re-programmed my Harmony remote control. Everything works fine. Sure, I could have probably done it myself, but it would have taken me an entire day. Only drawback was the realization that I need a cable from TV to receiver to get digital broadcast audio through my audio speakers and Geek Squad did not carry any cables for sale with them.

The agent installed my tv and moved my old tv to another room. And he gave me a good lesson on how to get various streaming channels

Agents were quick,neat,friendly and helpful. I opted for the set up because this was definitely a two person job. Was nervous if I cracked the screen it was be a total loss since that is not covered by warranty. Appeared simple but it’s a heavy piece. I’ve had good fortune with Best Buy delivery.

the geek squad delivered and set up our 65" t.v. My husband is visually impaired and the agent was very helpful in setting up and explaining everything. The agents were very neat and removed all of the packaging after the job was completed. We were very appreciative of their help.
