It took 3 weeks to get tv installed.our install was farmed out another group they wanted to install on Memorial Day between 7am and 7 pm so we talked to someone in Panama to get it installed the following week between 12 and 3, we waited till 7 pm nobody showed, talked to store manager to get Geek squad to install. Finally 10 days later the install happened, charged $199 and sold me an additional $53 for two cables, but no follow up. My family helped with questions I had. I was supposed be compensated for all this Never Happened

My technician was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Great in explaining how to operate my equipment and showing me what I needed in order for my equipment to work at its best. I would like to have the same technician for all my setups. He was very respectful and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service.

This is my 2nd review for the TV I purchased in July. The technician was great and setup was easy. I would purchase the LG TV again as I am very happy with this one.

All the members of Geek Squad answer our questions and were professional. Especially Geek Squad member Kendal. He explain and went above and beyond in assisting us with our concerns. His work ethic will cause us to continue to purchase our electronics and home needs.

Wanted a TV that could also play my DVD player. Sales rep sold me a TV with only ONE HDM1 outlet - what did I know? Returned it. After 3 complaints, finally got Geek Squad to come out, add a 2nd HDM1 outlet so I could play DVD's... but it takes more than 30-minutes to get the whole operation up and running EACH MORNING! If it weren't for Geek Squad - I wouldn't be watching at all.

My agent Dan was the Best!! He took the time to setup my new TV, 4K player, Sonos sound system, etc. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He tested everything after installation to make sure all compents were setup as I wanted. Geek Squad service is awesome! Thank You

The techs took the time to level the TV perfectly, connect all audio and video sources. They went over all the internet and connectivity features. Removed the old equipment. Reset the home theater system and were courteous and well communicated. Thanks for the great service
