Geek Squad Alexander performed a professional setup of our new 55" Samsung TV and sound system. He was very knowledgeable of the products, explained everything, and was very personable. He CHANGED my perception of the Geek Squad for the better. A great employee who does a great job and is a fine representative of the Geek Squad.

The two reps were very knowledgeable and quick in their work. After completing the set up of the tv and sound bar, they answered all the questions we had. Both were very personable and informative. We were extremely pleased. Great reps for your company!

Geek squad did a great job installing my equipment

The Technician delivered and installed the TV and the sound bar. The first tv didn't work and he had to go back for another one. I would have wasted hours trying to get it to work, he knew it was a bad unit immediately.

The agent who came to set up my TV was fantastic. Very patient with getting it all set up and explaining how to access the features of the TV.

The tech people set up the TV and connected all my devices. Very clean and professional. Because I am a Total Tech member it was no cost to me.

I was kept informed of delivery time every step of the way. They showed up exactly when promised. Quickly set up new TV and removed old set. They had some trouble getting my Mediacom remote to "talk" to the new TV but kept at it until they found the right code. So polite and helpful. Would use them again.

The agents set up my TV and coordinated it with my Comcast service. Everything worked well. However, they did their work quickly without explaining much to me. I thought the $160.00 prepaid charge was a ripoff since they were only at my house for 15 minutes. After they left, I still had questions about how some things worked but there was no one there to ask. I had to spend several hours of my time until I could figure it out. While I did not have the knowledge they had to make things work, I was disappointed in really just being left out of the process. They went as fast as they could and left as soon as they could so they could save time and maximize their profit while ignoring the customer. For this and other reasons I will try to avoid Best Buy in the future. I don’t like being screwed.

Jesse….or Jessie was great. Friendly, easy to talk to when I had questions and was very courteous and respectful in my home.they finished everything promptly and neatly.

Jordan communicated well so we were prepared when he arrived. Once he arrived he got right to work and was done in short order. We went over certain differences in tv commands, connected all devises and check their connectivity. Old tv and trash was removed, and I’m a happy camper again.

Zach, the technician, did a super job of installing and mounting our TV and then connecting to all of our other devices!

I had two different Techs come over. Both were knowledgeable and did not leave the house till I knew how to run the TV.

The service has been more useful than expected. When I bought a tv they delivered it, set it up, and were done quickly. They do regular maintenance on my computers, and they have done work for me that would be very costly otherwise.

Excellent and fast customer service from the Geek Squad! They connected my cable and internet service and made certain that everything worked correctly. Since this was my first smart television, they gave me some basic instruction. Great experience!
