Geek Squad were great to work with. Well worth the money spent.

The Geek Squad were on time, had everything they needed, made sure we understood what they were going to do. It was a very comfortable installation. Once done they walked us through the controls and listened to and answered every question. We greatly appreciated their efforts.

The agent was very friendly and professional. The tv was mounted and hooked up quickly and efficiently. The agent explained how to use the remote .

Techs quickly removed old tv and installed new. They spent additional time instructing on use of the remote and ran through the screenshots.

The agent didn't have to mount my TV's but they did hook up everything for me to stream and showed me how it all worked. I may have figured it out eventually but the representative was very professional and courteous. He is welcome again anytime in our home.

I bought a wall mount for my 55" TV and I wanted someone professional to install it and my TV. The Geek Squad was the best answer to my installation. The guys were very professional and prompt. My TV looks GREAT on the wall. They set up my cable and sound bar so I don't have to use all 3 remotes. I would HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad !!!

excellent assistance, unpacking, and installing new tv in our entertainment center. Updated connections and set up and many programs all ready smart functioning. Worth lack of frustration as now octogenarian & eyes and fingers not reliable. Thanks Geek Squad.

Setup crew arrived as scheduled, unpacked tv and placed it where we wanted. They respected our space and cleaned up everything

The installers hooked everything up and it seemed to work OK. Later when I turned the system on the TV and sound bar were not in sync. I will need to disconnect the sound bar because it is an LG and the TV is a Samsung. I hope I can get everything synced up and working properly. If not I will need to get help from the Geek Squad or someone else. If it is the Geek Squad I would hope the fix is free.

The two Technicians were very knowledgeable and had the new TV set up in a very short period of time. Service was great - so glad I had Best Buy install and remove the old set. It would have taken me hours to set up.

I have always installed my own electronics. This time, since I was spending so much on the equipment, I would go ahead and spring for the Geek Squad installation. I am glad I did. Not that the installation was that technical, but because they had us up and running in no time as well as answered ALL my questions.

Had installation of large screen TV. Geek Squad arrived on time, were quick to install the TV and surround sound speaker. Provided excellent instruction on how to use the TV and all of its various Smart features. Very impressed with knowledge of product and not leaving before making sure I completely understood how to use it properly.

The agent mounted my set and programmed my verizon remote (incorrectly) to turn the set on and off. He claimed that this could not be done with single button control, contrary to the remote's instruction sheet The set performance, however, is Excellent!
