All went well. The Geek Installer did a GREAT JOB!!

Agent was able to get my app up and running. It did result in my realizing I had bought the wrong TV. I bought a Fire based unit when I should have bought a Roku based unit. Should have asked the agent for help before I bought a unit.

I had 2 GEEK SQUAD associates who set up my Samsung 50" television and stand. Randy & Brian couldn't have been more professional & courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing. It was obvious that they had been doing this type of work for several years, I couldn't speak more highly of the service that they both provided. EXCELLENT!!!

When the guys from Geek squad came to our home for delivery and set up of our Sony 75 inch TV they were great. Very respectful of our home and so kind when I asked questions. Never made me feel dumb and spent quality time teaching me about all the features of our new TV. Gave me a business card with an offer to call Bob anytime with questions.

Great service...It takes to worries out of self-installation.

Luis L. figured out the complex sound and TV hook-up left by the previous owners of our house. He made two trips to the house, the second time bringing the new hook-up equipment we needed, and did the installation perfectly. I am very grateful to Geek Squad and Luis L. Don't hesitate to use their services.

This service is just what we needed. We are getting on in age and can't figure out how to do this stuff. The young gentleman did a wonderful job. He was very polite answered all our questions in a way we could understand. These new tv's can do so many things.

Once again, Impressive performance and advice on ALL TASKS ! They are a FONT of current tech information! Even had two guys this visit. Well worth the annual subscription fee ! Sometimes finding/getting to them through Best Buy website is frustrating and confusing, so be patient !

The team arrive on time and were very professional! Josh called the day before and the morning of to inform me of their arrival. They stayed to go over the operation of the unit. My only recommendation is that there was a opportunity to call the Geek Squad with minor questions without a $49 charge.

My parents had just bought a brand new TV, first in 18 years. So they weren't too familiar with the latest TV technology. The Geek Squad folks helped set up all the inputs, connect to the internet and get the TV all up and running. The one thing I did not like was they really weren't experienced in setting up picture and audio custom settings. They pretty much just picked the factory suggested settings, which often doesn't work too well.

These geeks are magical. They really know and are skilled on electronics. They hooked up TV, cable and internet quickly. I am very happy with their work, speed and knowledge.

The technicians set everything up and walked us through it. They answered our many questions, sometimes more than once, and were very helpful

I had in home set up from the Geek Squad for my new 55 inch Samsung big screen HD tv. The service was great and they set up up quickly and professionally. They taught me how to use the new remote and set up in no time. I would be lost without the Geek Squad technicians.

Great service from the Geek Squad. Took great care to ensure COVID safety precautions. Wiped everything they touched with disinfectant. Even wore shoe coverings. Set everything up, organized cords, set up the remote and ensured we knew how to use it before they left.
