I will use the service again when making another purchase

The two young gentleman that hooked up my TV were so polite and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They kept me informed about what and why they were doing something, demonstrated things to me and asked if I had questions

The technicians mounted my frame TV to the wall, but could not put the wire behind the wall because it's not fire rated. I wish someone at Best Buy would have told me that when I inquired about wall mounting. They did do a great job otherwise and were very quick and tidy with taking away any trash. They also wore booties over their shoes.

This was one of the best decisions I've made when putting my home theater system together. Having Josh from the Geek Squad complete the installation of my home theater system allows me to benefit from his expertise. I have all this fancy equipment, and thanks to Josh, I know how to use it! Will definitely hire Geek Squad in the future!

I purchased a TV and needed to have it connected. The Geek Squad technician did a fabulous job. He was on time, friendly, and did a perfect job of setting up the TV and explained everything to me about the new TV. I am so happy with their service. It is definitely worth the price. I will always use Geek Squad. They have the experience.

I would recommend anyone purchasing a big ticket item to purchase "geek squad " extended warranty. When my tv broke I called them , they gave me a date and time when they would be at my house, and the service technicians were very polite and covered their shoes so as not to bring in any dirt . Very considerate .

the geek squad employee came on time and was very efficient and friendly did a great job i am not too techie as i am older. he was helpful and non judgemental. however, i thought i knew everything i needed to know but now find i have to call him back for some further instruction.

Joel and Cody did a great job of installing our new TV and showing us how to use it. We have only one complaint of the TV. When you switch channels, the audio does not start immediately.

The squad connected all my devices to my new tv. They were friendly and courteous. It didn’t take them long at all, in and out in no time. They explained the directions on how to use the remote with my cable remote. Again, awesome squad!!
