It took a few trips to get the TV mount in a good place - there were wall outlets that needed to be relocated (by others) to accommodate the mount design. Ultimately it worked out but first mount attempt placed the TV lower than the Geek Squad rep. thought it would be so had to work to mount it higher...and then had to repair holes in wallpaper from the first mounting.

The agents did an excellent job hooking up our new LG 55 inch TV. They were quick and had the TV ready for us in a short amount of time.

I was pleasantly surprised that the person who delivered and installed my TV was able to manage a large TV without assistance. He removed all of the trash and completed the job efficiently.

We were so happy. To see our installer Chris and his sidekick last weekend. They made such efficient work of setting the new equipment in our new home. There is no way at my age and low tech status I could have disconnected the old monster set, installed the new one and disposed of the old one. The technician was friendly, totally profrssional and knowledgable and when finished with the hook up led me throught tne new remote and apps hook ups on the new smart TV. Thanks, Geek Squad.
