Agents arrived timely and quickly went to work installing the new 75" QLED 4K Samsung TV. Carefully unpacked the TV and completed full set up including asking if I had any questions. I was confident everything was in place and fully functional when they completed the job and departed.

Great installer. Timely well done job. would use again.

The two reps showed up a little late due to previous job being more than expected and they called to inform me. Quite patient while I decided height and location for my tv. Added all components I purchased and demonstrated how to operate them. Detailed explanations when I asked questions about any future purchases. Extremely nice.

Solid for connecting the new tv that i bought at best buy

Th e technician came to out home during the time period promised. He was knowledgeable aa out the product and about auxiliary programs (we had a lot of questions as we are not tech savvy and this was our first smart tv purchase). The set up was quick, neat, orderly and the technician was great. Worth every cent!

great great service only advice give your customers their serial numbers behind somewhere on tv before you hang or install cause this is the only number SAMSUNG will except if u have a problem no where else is it written

The gentlemen who did this installation and set-up was such a fine and responsible young man. Very patient and respectful to two aging folks who are not technically savvy. You have a fine employee in him.

On time - fast - very courteous young man. I paid to have it brought to my house and installed Tv ( I am disabled). Do wish the delivery price would be based on location cause I am like 15 minutes away from Best Buy. All in all it was a good experience.

The agents mounted our TV quickly and professionally. They also provided comments for securing the TV as they were aware we have small grandchildren who pose special situations or challenges.

Great service. They called and were prompt. They set up the new Sony 65" Bravia TV. They were professional & organized. They also took all the large cardboard & packing materials with them. I recommend them for setting up electronics.

Having professionals from Geek Squad hook up our new, smart TV was best decision ever made. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were very polite, professional and helpful. The work was done quickly and explained thoroughly. We would use them again without hesitation. Great service.

Geek Squad arrived on time and was very professional.

Geek Squad was great in DELIVERING AND setting up my 65' LG TV. They were on time, brought 2 agents and knew exactly what to do in placing and setting up the new TV.

The agent got our new Spectrum receiver to work with our 55" TV. I had several issues with the receiver, the sound system, remote, and Blue ray player working together. He was quick and explained what he was doing. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad.
