Geek squad showed up on time even a little earlier than me and waited patiently. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They also programmed my tv remote to control all of my devices connect to my smart tv. One of the geek squad members also gave me advice on what kind of surround sound system to complete my home theater system.

The geek squad technicians were awesome. They were very professional and recommended several options while installing my 3 three televisions. They adjusted my televisions to the new environment. I would highly recommend their services in the new future.

Needed our TV setup to work with our existing audio equipment. Geek Squad did an excellent job and created a new setup which allowed me to do with less cables, but still have all the functionality I desired. They did this in about half the time they anticipated. Great job!

We had a very nice young guy come in day before and move our existing sets around. He was very respectful and careful in the process. Next day some one else came in and set the new TV up. He then turned it on and explained some of the features. It's pretty much like a TV we have. Again he was very respectful.

The Geek Squad team did a superb job. Professional, thoughtful, timely. Also set up the TV and showed me how to work the elaborate on-screen display. A real pleasure to continue to trust Best Buy!

The day of appointment to set up tv, I got a call saying I had to reschedule because they could not release the equipment from the warehouse. It was already paid for so I don’t know why there was a problem. I complained but made another appointment and was given gift card to counter the delivery set up issue and the tv and table were delivered and set up the following week.

The geek squad agent did a great job mounting and installing my TV perfectly. He also assisted with making sure that the mount was leveled correctly and positioned just right for the TV to sit in place in between my dresser and window. I couldn't have asked for a better job! Thanks!
