My review is on the workmanship, not the product. The necessary work was completed by an outside third party contracted by Best Buy. The installer, Chris, was outstanding. He completed the work in a timely manner and took the time to explain how everything worked. Definitely will highly recommend him.

The agent mounted and connected my TV and explained how everything worked.

We had no problems with the set up and works well.

The technician installed the TV and sound system (sound bar) without a hitch. The technician and assistant wore booties and did not leave a mess. They were professional and answered all questions related to the products promptly.

The Agent was terrific in installing all TV's. Most importantly, he provided guidance in what would make for the best installations - there were three! He also made sure we were able to operate the new TV and that the two other existing TV's were fully functional.

Samsung 75 inch performs well as expected and installation by the Geek Squad was quick and easy (about 15 minutes).

The agents are really in the know about the latest TVs and streaming services and certainly how to set them up. They installed and set up our 75" TV very quickly. They explained everything to us and were very patient and polite.

Geek squad did a great job in mounting and connecting all of my devices. They actually came a 2nd time to remove and dismount the tv because I went from a 70" to a 75" without a hitch.

Two installers were very knowledgeable and efficient.

Excellent service for a simple install, however, the complicated install on a tile/stone, they were unable to do despite several attempts. Totally recommend for a simple install on a dry wall. If there is a tile or stone, they don't have the capability yet.

Greek squad did a great job installing our tv. They knew what they were doing, took us through how it worked and answered all of our questions.

Didn’t have the time or energy to set up myself. Geek squad was on time patient and it was a job well done.

The Geek Squad didnot set up my TV initially. However they were called to fix the connection to my Verizon Fios signaling device. It took only a few minutes and has been working well ever since. They were on time, polite, helpful and knew their business.
