The guys were very punctual very professional very clean and did a phenomenal job. However I did encounter a wireless internet connection problem trying to stream Netflix and Amazon prime video. They are scheduled to come back out and troubleshoot for me.

I remember struggling over my decision about whether to enroll in Total Tech Support. I must say it has been so worth it ... they have been such a great help with my computer on numerous occasions and provided superb service setting up my new t.v. and wireless headphones. thank you!

The agents had a lot of trouble setting up the TV, as they said none of my components were cooperating .I bought all the components at Best Buy within the last few years. After an initial setup that was having lots of problems, they had to reconnect everything a different way, and told me it was the best they could do. They did explain how the controller works. Since then, on most mornings, I have to turn on and off the TV multiple times to get the channel to come on the screen. Sometimes I get a prompt to connect the box top. Sometimes I have to go to a different input, then back to the DirectTV input to make the TV work. I am having trouble with the DirectTV receiver that was working OK before the installation. Sometimes I try to change the channel and the TV thinks I am hitting each button separately. If I try to pause a program, it takes 5 seconds for the channel to pause. Then when I restart the program, sometimes it jumps way ahead. I restarted the receiver, and it didn't fix it. Someone needs to come and reconnect the TV.

We are not particularly sophisticated when it comes to electronics and the programming of today's TV'. Without the Geek squad we would have struggled to get this done. As it is they were the perfect addition to the sales team...they made it all work!

Between Geek Squad installation (not on wall) and the quality of my LG tv, I cannot be more pleased ! When turned up high, the sound is like the movie theater with the surround sound and clarity; and speaking of clarity....I am blown away by the picture quality !!!!

The gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great job setting up my TV and sound bar. They were very knowledgeable and not only did their job, but answered all my questions! Great service! I recommend having the Geek Squad set up anything you purchase!

The geek squad set the TV up.Since we are Seniors he took time to go over everything.I would definitely recommend them instead of trying to do it yourself.

This was the first time we used Geek Squad where we had a small problem. The first time the TV was installed it was not completed to our satisfaction. So we had to have a different technician come , who did do a very good job

Most everything went as planned except I was not able to get very good reception for my stereo or basically the AM/FM channels. GS had to come back and bring an antenna connection since mine was taken away in error. I now have a wire that is stuck to a wall by scotch tape as that was the GS solution. On the plus side I do get great reception for the stations is often listen too.

Gave good advice and were very patient in waiting to hookup to cable provider. Cable provider could not send a signal, thus the Geek Squad left after waiting 45 minutes. The burden was put on the cable provider to solve the issue of no picture. Note! No photo should be provided since this was the TV connect and setup.

I had the Geek Squad install and set up a 55" Sony TV and convert two other sets to You Tube TV. They were very good and explained all the necessary actions for streaming TV after having AT&T Direct TV, U Verse, and AT&T TV for years.
