Awesome product. We initially tried to install by ourselves with mixed results. Thankfully Geek Squad rescued us. The Tech they sent out was wonderful, patient & kind. Took time to explain all the features of the new "smart" tv to two Seniors.

Andy and Garrick were helpful in setting us up so my husband could use his AirPods to listen to the tv when I wanted to sleep! Marvelous work by wonderful guys!!

We recently had new flooring installed which required the disconnect of a 55" rear screen projector TV (18yrs old) an several add on electronic components. I contacted Geek Squad when it was time to reconnect eveything. The agent quickly moved through tthe reconnection and all components and the TV work great.

My television is outstanding. It was purchased for my 94 year old mother. She is enjoying it and the Geek Squad set it up very nicely for her. It was not mounted, but sat up for her to be able to enjoy it from her bed.

The technicians arrived on time. The installation was interrupted by a weather related power outage. They returned promptly and compl\erted the installation .

The Geek Squad folks showed up a little late (not really a problem). Got the TV installed, cleaned up and took all the packaging away. They connected it to my wireless network, programmed it, and connected my Xfinity remote. They answered all questions and then left.

Really pleased with this 43" LG; picture is vibrant and just the right size for the room it's in. The installers were very courteous, diligent and showed up ahead of scheduled time. Great experience. Thank you!

They did everything and didn't mess anything up ..

Ordered the service for my parents who lives in another state. Helped with lugging the TV upstairs and setup plus moving the old TV downstairs from family room to living room. They were very happy with how the service went

The Geek Squad just completed the installation of my new Sony Bravia 75” television. The technicians were great and explained how to use the new television. Highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

Wonderful to set up but still a few things not able to complete yet

They came earlier than expected which was good as I was preparing to go on a trip the next day. The process went smooth with no hiccups and the installer did a great job in demonstrating how to use the new technology and answering any question I may have had.

The rep. was here when scheduled and quickly opened and set up the television in less time than I could have got it out of the box. He then programed it and showed us how to get our apps up and going. Great experience.

I loved the email alerts, and the team arrived during the proposed window. The two gentlemen worked quickly and were very nice.

Quick service cleane up and hauled away after completion. Would use again in future.

Great size but my tv table was too small for.this tv. I like the.screen size but I.had to return to the.store . I.gave the sales manager the.dimensions of.my table but it was still not the.right.size. Geek squad had to come back.twice.

The 2 men that came to drop off and hook up my TV were awesome! They took time with me to answer questions I had and didn't rush me. They explained how the remote works and other little tricks of the trade. I really appreciated all their help. They did a wonderful job representing Best Buy.

I could not have been more happy with the Geek Squad install of our new 55" TV. They mounted it to the wall, re-wired everything, patiently connected it and made sure everything was working properly, and took the old TV with them as they left. They were on time, polite, competent, and would not even accept a tip for their services. Bravo.
