i am unable to focus on the use of this product due to this is for my rental unit the previous dryer Amana electric barley lasted for two years i purchase all my appliances from Best Buy purchased recently also a Samsung T V and a Whirlpool ice box thank you

The install and set up of my new TV was so fast and easy with Best Buy geek squad. They also removed my old which was a huge help. I would highly recommend them for the price as it was so worth it. Thank you for the great job.

This was a great TV. I upgraded to a 65". The GS did an outstanding job at delivery, installation, and instruction. It's my first "smart" TV, so I needed a little coaching. Having the GS was a smart move! I would have them again.

Keith and Guy came to replace the light in my microwave/oven combo today. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Had no idea what was involved in replacing the microwave light. We were very happy with their service. Thank You.

I am so happy with Geek Squad services. I am not electronically inclined. The technician set up my TV, connected my Internet, sound bar and Blu-ray player. And if that was not enough, he taught me how to navigate through all of it. He was punctual, curtious and very patient with me. I highly recommend their services,

When Geek Squad removed the tv from packaging, it had a crack. He quickly called and checked availability and picked another up from store. He hooked it up in no time and even connected tv to Prime and Netflix for me. Wonderful service, so happy we signed up for tech support.

The TV was delivered and handled with care by delivery personnel. It was installed and great instructions were given as to the workings of the product. Happy with the way it was installed.

Soonest they could install was 9 days after purchase. Scheduled my entire work week and took PTO for Geek Squad to install my TV. Install guy calls me at 3pm and says he has to cancel…doesn’t give me another day as an option to reschedule either. Just says I have to call or go online and reschedule. At this point I wanted a full refund. I call up the store and some guy tells me they have to have the item back in their inventory for them to give me a full refund. Doesn’t try to rectify or solve the issue, just tells me to try calling back after 7pm when the truck delivers the tv back to the store. Oh and he tells me it’s not a refund, it’s an in-store credit only. At this point I felt out of $700 and wasn’t going to wait another 9 days for them to maybe reschedule. I took PTO so committed to just mounting and installing the TV myself. I figured they already had my money and there’s probably another TV in their inventory, so I went to Best Buy, told the manager that you guys didn’t show today for your scheduled install so I want the TV now. He gets me a TV and refunds my install service plan back to my card, so apparently they don’t do in-store credits only. All this on top of 2.5 years ago they sold me 2 Hisense TVs for a $1200 “deal”. Both TVs crapped out on me within the last few months, shocking considering I’ve had flat screens that are 15+ years old. I also bought a Geek Squad + service plan with it though! However the sales guy coached me to cancel that plan within 90 days, he said they’ll refund the cost in full and I basically get a free install. Ironic how that service plan would’ve protected me too….not a good service. Wouldn’t recommend

Very professional and quick Setup I bought a Sony 65 inch 4K TV and they connected it to a Sony Blu-ray player it’s a great home theater professionally done and showed me all the functions on how to use the TV and Blu-ray player and also set up the apps on the streaming TV and tested everything

The young man that came and installed our 55 inch television was very knowledgeable. After installing the tv, he stayed and went over all the features with my wife and me and was in no hurry to leave. That service wasn’t free but, to me, it was worth every penny. It saved me probably much frustration.

The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad who came to set up my TV were awesome and they provided the best customer service. They were very patient answering all my questions which I appreciated. It was a great experience because of them.

My recent experience with Geek Squad was outstanding. He arrived precisely on time; install my new flatscreen TV efficiently and correctly; answered all questions; and appeared to thoroughly enjoy his work. Overall, I had a superb experience with Geek Squad.
