The rep called at 9am and said he would be there in about 20 minutes and was ringing my doorbell at 9:23am. The rep really knew the product, and quickly assembled and set everything up, including matching the TV to my Uverse remote. Nothing could have been better.

The delivery men were fine with the delivery,my only complaint is the crew leader couldn’t speak or understand English very well,also this delivery was done by a third party,not Geek Squad.

The agents mounted my TV, taught us what we needed to know to operate the TV and they were very timely. They gave us their card if we needed anything further. Have been impressed with all Geek Squad people that have come out and taken care of everything. Thank you!!!

Geek Squad's Derek and Michael really nailed this installation. They expertly removed an old plasma set, installed a wall mount and moved my existing 50 inch TV from the living room to an upstairs bedroom.

We can't say enough about Mike and his crew on Geek Squad. In fact they were so good I'm ready to purchase another TV because they made it so stress free and I was able to call and get further clarification.

The agent was on time, he was patient with all my questions and did all he had to do in a very short period of time. I am always impressed with the services of the people who work at Best Buy.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job at installation. He hid the cables and relocated my sound bar so everything looks neat and tidy. He went over my tv options to make sure I was comfortable with them too!

The agents got my new TV working quickly, as well as moved my existing one upstairs. One kind agent even came back the same day when I realized after he left that I needed a minor adjustment to the positioning of my new TV. Overall great, friendly service!

The agents mounted both TVs expertly. We had planned only one wall installation but decided to do two. They had everything needed in their vehicle and were able to accommodate our needs on the spot.

These Geeks are pros. Efficient, knowledgeable and willing to explain.

When the guys came to my house they had to install the speakers into the ceiling for a 7.1 surround system and did a great job making sure wires were not exposed. They also did a good job mounting my 75" TV to the wall and once again making sure no wires were exposed. They were quick, knew their job and were polite.

The person who installed the new flat screen TV was wonderful. One of the best in person installation experiences I've ever had.

The agents set up my TV and so far it's been great. The picture is great and the volume is set lower than I had on the old one

The Geek squad help download Britbox on my two television and showed me what was wrong with my download. They did an outstanding job and took their time.

I needed the whole install package as I an oldie and very tech challenged. These guys were awesome. Hooked up to my stereo system plus the sound bar and even made a return visit the following day as I didn't understand something. Simple solution but not for an old dude.
