Geek Squad is absolutely Fantastic. The 2 guys that came were wonderful, professional, and So knowledgeable. One guy’s name was Ian- I don’t remember the other guy’s name but he was great too!! It was a nice experience!!!! Really impressed!!!

Basic TV. No bells or whistles. Does what we wanted it to do. Delivery on time and service professional, The installer did an excellent job. Answered all our questions and spent extra time with us on the setup. Fantastic job.

The squad came on time and setup my tv quickly and efficiently. Made sure all elements worked properly and were hooked up and that I knew remote buttons. Removed older model from home.

We were impressed by the Geek Squad technicians that delivered and set up our new TV. They were professional, courteous, and did everything necessary for us to start enjoying our new TV.

So happy we had the Geek Squad install our TV. It was quick and the overview of getting started was excellent by our installer! I was also impressed when the installer gave me his business card and suggested I call if I had any further questions!!!

They brought the tv and did the setup, very professional. They made sure all accessories were working properly with the new 65” Samsung TV

Yes did a good job did not like getting a sales pitch for warranty wish now I had not taken it.

Was apprehensive initially because the Geek Squad could not come out to install our TV onto a Stone Fireplace . But within 15-20 minutes I could tell the father and son installers from Greenville knew what they were doing and put my mind to ease . Great overall job . Highly recommend them .

Bought Sony TV and Sony soundbar. Came with alexa echo and universal remote. Got everything hooked up but needed Geek Squad to connect all devices to the remote. Could never have figured it out myself. Rob did a wonderful job and explained everything. Very professional!

Nick and his helper came to setup the sound bar and woofer. They both were awesome, so friendly answered any questions. We were so pleased to have such a great team to come and help us thank you guys!!

Russell, DuShon and Sammy are the best TV installers with sound bar and BluRay DVD set up. They worked hard to overcome any small issues that came up. Sammy was exceptional. He went above and beyond for me. I'm so happy with my Geek Squad issues.

Barron and Richard that came out to install our Samsung 55" tv were very professional, and extremely knowledge about the problems they faced. They did a perfect, timely job, cleaned up, answered every question, and taught us how to use the TV!!! We were extremely satisfied. They get MORE than 5 STARS!!!!!

The agents were very respectful and couteous and apologised for missing the 4 hr window due to unexpected additions to their schedule. The installaion and setup went very smoothly and quickly.
